Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping, but at this time, all international orders outside the USA must be invoiced personally. If you are a buyer outside the U.S. simply email with the items you would like to purchase and we will send out an invoice via PayPal to the return email address. If you would like to inquire about the shipping costs prior to your invoice, please contact us with your list of items.


How much is shipping and what shipping service do you use?
Our shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate and include tracking when available. All items over $16 are shipped priority mail through the US Postal Service. Items $16 and under are shipped 1st Class Mail. Items being shipped outside the US are shipped Global Priority or Express mail and rates are calculated by weight.

Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) We combine shipping on all items, wherever possible and generally do NOT charge for packaging or have a surcharge fee.
In most cases it costs an additional dollar to ship each extra item ordered.

How long does it take to ship an item?
At this time, due to the volume our handling time is a little under two weeks. Because we are a small operation, we can only ship once every 7-10 days. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping--if you email us prior to placing your order when can let you know the soonest date your item can be shipped, in most cases there is no charge for this service, since we understand you may be buying a gift for someone and need it sent out as quickly as possible.

Do you accept any other forms of payment besides PayPal?
Yes, we do! We can accept checks and money orders as long as you contact us via email with your order!


Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my items?
Yes, you do need a PayPal account. However it is FREE to sign up and use PayPal for your purchases and you can pay by check or credit card at their site. They also have buyer protection when you make payments through their service, so you are assured of good customer service and secure financial privacy.

What types of payments do you accept through PayPal?
We accept all currencies and all credit cards, as well as e-checks through Paypal.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we do accept returns! We stand behind what we sell and offer a 10 day no-hassle return policy, all we ask is that you EMAIL us prior to returning the item(s) since we do have to follow a return protocol. 
Most items are sent with insurance to cover damage or loss, so we will be happy to take returns on any damaged products and replace them or refund your money.
In most cases we will credit you the entire amount including shipping. 

What should I do if an item doesn't arrive or arrive damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, not to your liking or incorrect, we ask that you EMAIL US as soon as possible. We will then send you a return receipt number via email and ask that you DO NOT send any items until after you have received it, since we cannot process your refund without it! 
If you have received any items that were damaged in transit, we will be more than happy to do an exchange or a credit for you. Please always feel free to contact us with any problems, in most cases we can reply within 24 hours and there is always someone willing to help you or answer your questions.
We have a firm policy of standing behind what we sell and want your visit with us to be an enjoyable experience!

Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes on certain reproductions, such as boxes, framed tiles, ornaments, cards and prints, we do offer wholesale discounts. However, we have minimum quantity restrictions, the minimum order is $100 and you must have a resale number and be a legitimate business to receive the discount. Most of our items that can be sold wholesale are only offered in bulk, not in individual pieces. For example, items such as cards and prints can only be sold in lots of ten and cannot be mix or match.
